I have to start the review by saying Pawan from in room dining and Punit (chef de partie ) are just rockstars !!!... They made our whole stay so comfortable ..the food was always excellent !!...incredible service...shall miss them !!...also have to make a special mention of the gym and spa staff... The boy incharge of the gym was a gem always making sure we were comfortable ...the spa girl was great.... unfortunately I didn't get their names ... Mahesh from housekeepin was just amazing he knew exactly how we liked our room to be cleaned and went above and beyond for us ! Loved the hotel..A big thank you to everyone !!! We shall be back 🤗

I had the pleasure of staying at the Vivanta Hinjewadi for 3 days and the purpose was solely to break away from the everyday and recharge. Me and my husband had checked in with my 20 month old son and our experience from check in to check out has been brilliant. Special shout out to Harshit (Reception) for treating my baby like a VVIP and thankyou to the entire service team at breakfast and room service for listening to a first time moms every request and ensuring that my little one was eating well and was having a good time. Will definitely come back again. Will definitely spread the good word. Will definitely endorse. Thankyou again.

On arrival Kapil welcomed us warmly. He was very helpful. Answered us all our queries. The room was clean . All staff at Vivanta were always smiling & helpful. While having our breakfast we watched Mr Birendera serving each and everyone with a smile . He was very friendly. It was the best hotel. Best thing about this hotel was delicious food, friendly staff & cleanliness. I highly recommend this hotel

Right from decorating the room for a special occasion to offering a complimentary cake to celebrate the occasion, to extending a late check-out facility, the staff exceeded expectations. The buffet spread, at both breakfast and dinner was not only lavish, but also tasty, and the staff at the restaurant were courteous and helpful! Thorougly enjoyed my stay!
